Experienced water industry leader to drive Hydro Industries into its next phase of growth
Hydro Industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Wilcox as Managing Director, marking an important new chapter in the company’s continued growth and development.
Steve brings extensive experience from across the water and environmental sectors, having held senior positions with major organisations including Nijhuis Saur, Alpheus Environmental and Veolia. An engineering graduate of the University of Leeds, Steve has built his career around developing practical solutions to complex water and wastewater challenges, working closely with customers to deliver effective and sustainable outcomes.
Having joined Hydro Industries in 2025 as Director of Sales, Steve has already played an important role in strengthening the company’s commercial development and expanding its relationships across the water industry. His appointment as Managing Director builds on that experience and reflects Hydro’s ambition to accelerate its growth both in the UK and internationally.
